PAYMENT & DELIVERIES
All Piment Rouge products are made-to-order. Please expect production lead time of 2 - 12 weeks.
All prices exclude delivery charge. We will contact you within 24 hours [Monday to Friday] for final billing and delivery time. If you place your orders on the weekend or Indonesian public holidays, we will contact you on effective office hours.
Order will be cancelled automatically if payment has not been made within 48 hours after final billing has been received.
PACKAGING
Piment Rouge will pack all products in a carton box and/or wooden frame, depending on the customer's need.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- All defects must be notified within 72 hours upon goods delivery.
- Complaints and remarks must be sent to Piment Rouge in written form.
- Complaints will not be processed without the clear pictures of the defect[s].
- If there is no complaint after 72 hours upon delivery, all products will be deemed accepted.
